We started Aurum because we were tired of watching that happen.
Before anything goes on our books, it goes through one question: would we stake our name on this? Not our commission — our name. The answer is no more often than most agencies would admit. That's not arrogance. That's the only way to keep the standard worth having.
The properties that make it through are the ones that don't need us to oversell them. They just need to be in the right room, in front of the right person, at the right moment.
That's the job. Everything else is noise.
